About Cookie King Joe and Cutler Cookie Co.

In 1980, Dick and Sandra Cutler opened the first Cutler Cookie Co. location at 5 Points Mall in Bountiful, Utah. Sandra's original goal was simple—to bake fresh, homemade goods and earn a little extra money for Christmas presents. What began as a small holiday project quickly turned into a thriving business, and the store became a beloved spot for homemade cookies, sandwiches, and soups.

Fast forward 45 years, and Cutler Cookie Co. has become a Davis County staple—a cherished restaurant that holds a special place in the hearts of the community.

In 2020, Joe Cutler, also known as "Cookie King," and his wife Jennah, along with Joe's parents, purchased the business from Joe’s grandparents, Dick and Sandra. With a shared vision, they’ve been working hard to build on the legacy of Dick and Sandra, expanding the business and adding new ways for customers to enjoy the cookies they know and love. We're excited to announce that we’re in the process of opening a second location and now offering cookies in custom, one-of-a-kind shipping boxes—bringing a little piece of Cutler Cookie Co. to your doorstep.

Though Dick Cutler passed away in 2024, his spirit lives on in every cookie we bake. Sandra, still actively involved, continues to take a keen interest in the store she and Dick built together.
